Steps to taking your DISC assessment

 


1. Consultation: Book Your Free Meeting with Me!

Let's start with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your needs and determine the best DiSC assessment for you.


2. Complete the Questionnaire

After our consultation, I will email you the appropriate DiSC Questionnaire. You will complete it to help us uncover your behavioral preferences.


3. Analysis

Once you've completed the questionnaire, I will personally analyze your responses alongside our program's analysis to determine your dominant traits.


4. Comprehensive Report

I will generate a detailed report providing key insights and practical recommendations based on your assessment. If there are multiple participants, I will create a diagram showing everyone's strengths and how the team looks together. We can then review these insights either individually or in a comprehensive session together.
